Each product you purchase from California Mango comes with a 30 Day 100% Money Back Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, simply return the unused portion within 30 days from the date you received your product. Before a refund can be issued,  customers are required to contact California Mango Customer Service at (800) 656-2646 for a Return Authorization number and instructions. Proof of purchase is required. Shipping and processing charges are nonrefundable. California Mango will issue a refund for the original product purchase price, less shipping, within 10 to 15 business days (or 1 billing cycle) after receipt of your returned product.

We do not accept C.O.D. returns.

Shipping & Delivery

All California Mango Products are shipped via USPS First Class at a rate of $5.95 for all orders. Orders may take 5–7 business days for delivery depending on recipients location.

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico do not qualify for these rates.
